The Spanish verb rapar means 'to shave (off) ' and is a regular Spanish AR verb.

To remember this, imagine the RAPPER shaves his head!

rapar can also mean: to crop, to cut very short.
raparse (vr): to shave off; to shave oneself; to get one's hair cut/shaved off.
rapar el cabello/la cabeza: to shave one's head.
rapar el pelo: to crop/cut one's hair very short.

rapado (pp/adj): shaven-headed, close-cropped (hair); number one (length of hair cut).
el rapado (nm) : skinhead.
el rape (nm/adj): shaved head.

Note: afeitar(se) (v): to shave (oneself) (beard, face, legs).

vos replaces tú - you, informal, singular -
- in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and also in some countries of Central America.
Sometimes it also replaces the formal singular 'Usted'.
In regular AR verbs, the conjugations remain the same as for tú except for the addition of accents in the following tenses:
