Spanish Verb VENDER: to sell

The Spanish verb vender means 'to sell' and is a regular Spanish ER verb.

To remember this, imagine an ice-cream VENDOR selling icecream!

vender al por menor: to sell retail.
el vendedor / la vendedora (nm/f) : seller, salesperson.

Spanish for sell is vender la venta (nf) : sale.
la venta al contado (nf) : cash sale.
la venta a plazos (nf) : hire purchase, by instalment payments.
la venta por catálogo/correo (nf) : mail order.
el superventas (nm) : best seller.

you informal vos replaces - you, informal, singular -
- in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and also in some countries of Central America.
Sometimes it also replaces the formal singular 'Usted'.
In regular ER verbs, the conjugations remain the same as for except for the addition of accents in the following tenses:
