Download Error Message generated during unzip:

ZIP damaged: file C:...etc...TempWZSEO.TMPSpanish1Bundle.msi: Bad CRC. Possible cause: file transfer error

During installation from a download, Bad CRC is a checksum error - referring to the check digit added to each line of a download to verify that line has been "read" correctly.

Our programmes contain a large number of files, and there may be some kind of interruption occuring during the downloading process.

Try downloading again and if that fails, attempt to download on another computer.

If still unsuccessful, please request a CD from us and we will send immediately.
