Daily Verb Lesson: French verb stipuler - French for stipulate

The verb in French for stipulate is the regular ER verb stipuler.

If you take many an English noun ending in -ATION, for example, stipulation, and...
  1. drop the -ATION and then ...
  2. add -ER you have a French verb! Oh la la!
