Spanish Verb AFLIGIR: to be afflicted

Spanish for be afflicted is afligir la aflicción (nf): affliction, sorrow, regret.

you informal vos replaces - you, informal, singular -
- in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and also in some countries of Central America.
Sometimes it also replaces the formal singular 'Usted'.
In irregular IR verbs, the conjugations remain the same as for except for the addition of accents in the following tenses:
