Spanish Verb CARGAR: to carry

The Spanish verb cargar means 'to carry' and is an irregular Spanish AR verb.

Spanish verb cargar - carry cargar can also mean: to load, to bear.
cargar a alguien de algo: to burden somebody with something.
cargar con algo: to carry something.
cargarse: to charge, to become charged.

Spanish to carry is cargar la carga (nf): cargo, load, freight.
cargado/a (adj (m/f)): loaded, strong.
il cargador/a / la cargadora (nm/f): loader, baggage handler.
el cargamento (nm): load, cargo, freight.

Spanish for carry is cargar libre de cargas : not subject to any charges.
cargó al niño en brazos: she took the boy in her arms.
Iba muy cargada: She was loaded down with parcels.

you informal vos replaces - you, informal, singular -
- in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and also in some countries of Central America.
Sometimes it also replaces the formal singular 'Usted'.
In irregular AR verbs, the conjugations remain the same as for except for the addition of accents in the following tenses:
Presente:      vos cargás
Imperativo:  ¡cargá!
