Spanish Verb DECIDIR: to decide

The Spanish verb decidir means 'to decide' and is a regular Spanish IR verb.

Spanish for decide is decidir la decisión (nf): decision; decisiveness.
tomar una decisión: to make a decision.
un hombre con decisión: a man of decision/ a decisive man.
ganar por decisión: to win on a points decision.

you informal vos replaces - you, informal, singular -
- in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and also in some countries of Central America.
Sometimes it also replaces the formal singular 'Usted'.
In regular IR verbs, the conjugations remain the same as for except for the addition of accents in the following tenses:
