Spanish Verb MORDER: to bite

Spanish verb morder - bite morder can also mean: to file, to extract a bribe from, to get.
morderse: to bite oneself.

mordaz (adj): biting, scathing, sharp.
la mordacidad (nf): sharpness, causticity, sharp criticism.


Spanish for bite is morder morderse las uñas: to bite one's nails.
estar que muerde: to be hopping mad, in a foul mood.
Está que muerde: She is hopping mad.
No mordió: He didn't get it.

you informal vos replaces - you, informal, singular -
- in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and also in some countries of Central America.
Sometimes it also replaces the formal singular 'Usted'.
In irregular ER verbs, the conjugations remain the same as for except for the addition of accents in the following tenses:
