Downloads

The download links will be sent to your email address as soon as possible after ordering. You should receive automatic notification within minutes of placing your order.

If you do NOT receive an email with your Download Links... Please continue to check your emails and please also check your spam filter. Some ISP's (Internet Service Providers) filter out emails that they consider might be spam, due to the links they contain. This is usually the reason for you not receiving the email with the download links.

CD-Roms

We aim to send these within 24 hours of receipt of order and you can usually expect the following delivery times:

U.K: Within 48 hours / Europe: 3-7 days / Rest of World: 5-10 days.

Get started sooner - while you are waiting for your CD, you can also request a link. Simply contact us and we will forward it to you as soon as possible.

Technical Help

Remember, our software is designed for PCs. It will run on an Apple Mac but requires PC Emulator software previously installed.
